RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Leyden Woods Apartments are modern family-style housing situated in the heart of Franklin County in Greenfield, MA.
In the winter of 2015, Brattan Industries and Delphi Construction began demolition of existing housing followed by the construction of new foundations for 49 new modular buildings containing 200 units. The units were manufactured offsite and trucked in modular for assembly on site. Brattan Industries wired the units to form the 49 buildings including complete fire alarm, security, electrical services, and lights. New decorative sidewalk bollards and parking lot light poles was installed to improve the neighborhood’s aesthetics and lighting.
This multiple-phase, 18-month project minimized the time tenants were displaced and resulted in an attractive, modern home for many satisfied families.
