The Westin Waltham hotel is a AAA Four Diamond Hotel located in the busy Route 128 corridor in Waltham, MA. The Westin Waltham is considered one of Boston’s premier hotels welcoming guests that include visiting professional sport teams and celebrities.
In 2014, Brattan Industries completed a turn-of-the-century renovation of 351 guestrooms and common areas. Work progressed systematically from the 8th floor to the 2nd floor while replacing light fixtures, electrical devices, fire alarms, CATV, and telecommunications/data services. During the project, 18 rooms were converted to assist ADA guests and 7 rooms were transformed into executive suites. A new IT room was created to centralize the telecommunication upgrade. Work progressed with minimal interference to ongoing guest services and arrival/departures.
Upon completion, the guest rooms mirrored the elegance of the hotel’s glass front façade.
